4 Food Groups Meal Plan.

 Hi Guys

Today I am going to be writing 4 Food Groups Meal Plan. And this is 
Hur6 and I am going to be naming some of my favourite diet foods. 



Breakfast

Milk, Cereal, Strawberry, Toast

Lunch

Apple, Nuts, Plum, Lettices.

Snack

Muesli Bar, Bread,Yogurt, Cucumber

Dinner

Chicken, Mushroom, Rice, Pasta.

Water

How many servings per day? 8 cups a day.

How do you think you could fit these in besides just at meal times? 

  •    Drink water first before eating.

  •    Also you could eat then drink afterwards.
